1. No refunds after payment
All payments for Intracalc subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once you pay, the subscription is activated immediately and digital access is granted. This is consistent with industry norms for software-as-a-service products where access is delivered instantly.
2. Evaluate during the free trial
The free trial is your evaluation window. Use it to confirm that the Intracalc Connector installs, that pairing works, and that sync is reliable on your setup before you decide to pay. Paying after the trial is an informed decision made with full access to the product.
3. Billing corrections
We will correct genuine billing errors, such as a duplicate charge or an amount charged in error. This is a correction of an erroneous transaction, not a refund of a delivered subscription. Contact us at support@realityreach.com or via intracalc.com/contact with your invoice number, and we will investigate and correct any verified error.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where mandatory consumer law grants a right that overrides this policy, that law prevails to the extent it applies.
