Partner Agreement · Intracalc

This is the public view of the Intracalc channel-partner agreement. Active partners accept a signed version on the portal during onboarding and re-accept on every major version bump.

1. Relationship

Partners are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship beyond the reseller arrangement.

2. Commission

Commission terms are published in /config and surfaced to partners during onboarding. Rates may be updated at our discretion; existing payouts honor the rate in effect at the time of the customer payment.

3. Payout mechanics

Payouts are processed via Razorpay fund account transfers. Minimum threshold and cadence are configured centrally and visible in the partner workspace.

4. Obligations

Partners agree to accurate customer representation, no unauthorised discounting, compliance with applicable law, and protection of customer data confidentiality.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Commission clawback applies to fraudulent or materially misleading activity.

6. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Bangalore under Indian law.
