Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit only.

Do I need to install it on every Tally PC?
Only on the primary Tally PC. The connector auto-discovers every company hosted on that machine.

Is the connector read-only?
Yes. The connector never writes to your Tally data. It only reads.

My pairing code expired. What now?
Restart the connector from the system tray. A fresh six-digit code appears immediately.

Can I re-pair to a different phone?
Yes. Unpair from the current phone first (mobile app → Settings → Unpair) and pair again on the new phone.

How long does the first sync take?
Typically 5–15 minutes for a small business dataset. Larger datasets can take up to an hour.

My data is not updating. Why?
Check that Tally is open on your PC and the connector shows Connected in the system tray. If both look fine, restart the connector.

iOS 16 and above.

What does Intracalc cost?
₹5,000 / year, prepaid, GST inclusive. One SKU. No tiers, no seats — the whole org sees the same numbers.

Are refunds available?
No. The three-day free trial is the evaluation window. Once you pay, your subscription is active and non-refundable.
