This Privacy Policy explains how Reality Reach Technologies LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Intracalc, including the Intracalc mobile apps, cloud services, and desktop connector.
Intracalc is a business finance and Tally data dashboard. Because the app works with accounting and business records, the information processed through the service may be sensitive.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information synced from your Tally or business system, and limited technical information needed to operate the app.
Account information
We may collect:
- Phone number used for OTP-based login
- Name and email address, when provided during registration, team setup, billing, or support
- Organisation, company, and team membership details
- Notification preferences and app settings
Business and accounting data
When you connect Intracalc to Tally through the desktop connector, the service may sync and store business records such as:
- Company name, GSTIN, PAN, address, Tally license details, and sync status
- Ledgers, groups, parties, customers, suppliers, balances, GSTINs, phone numbers, emails, and addresses
- Vouchers, transactions, voucher numbers, voucher dates, amounts, references, bill-to and ship-to names, and narration
- Outstanding receivables and payables
- Inventory items, stock levels, units, HSN codes, GST rates, reorder levels, costs, and prices
- Financial report snapshots and dashboard aggregates
This information is used to provide the Intracalc dashboard, reports, search, alerts, and related app functionality.
Contacts
When adding a team member, you may pick a contact from your device. On Android, Intracalc requests contacts permission to read the selected contact's name and phone number. On iOS, the system contact picker provides this without requiring permission. We only use the contact details you choose to pre-fill the team-invite form. Your address book is never bulk-read or uploaded.
Device and connector information
We may collect:
- Push notification tokens, platform, and last active timestamps
- Mobile integrity or attestation signals, such as Google Play Integrity or Apple App Attest data, to protect login and connector pairing
- Desktop connector fingerprint, machine name, Tally host, Tally port, Tally version, sync timestamps, and sync error state
- IP address, request metadata, logs, diagnostics, and security events
Payment and subscription information
If you purchase or activate a subscription, we may store subscription plan, invoice, order, payment status, payment reference, and payment provider identifiers. Payment processing may be handled by Razorpay or another payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or bank account credentials in Intracalc.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and authenticate your account
- Verify OTP login and account deletion requests
- Pair and manage desktop connectors
- Sync, store, and display your business data
- Provide dashboards, analytics, reports, search, alerts, and notifications
- Cache selected app data for offline read-only access
- Manage team members and organisation access
- Provide subscriptions, invoices, billing support, and payment verification
- Detect abuse, protect accounts, verify app integrity, and prevent unauthorized access
- Monitor reliability, investigate errors, and maintain the service
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not track you across third-party apps or websites.
3. Local Storage On Your Devices
Intracalc stores some information locally so the app can work securely and provide offline read-only access.
On mobile devices, authentication tokens may be stored in secure storage such as iOS Keychain or Android encrypted preferences. Cached company and dashboard data may be stored locally using platform storage such as SwiftData or Room.
On the desktop connector, configuration and connector credentials may be stored locally so the connector can sync with the Intracalc backend.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to provide and protect the service, including with:
- Cloud hosting, database, storage, backup, and infrastructure providers
- SMS providers for OTP delivery
- Email providers for transactional email

- Payment providers such as Razorpay for payment processing and verification
- Google Play Integrity and Apple App Attest services for app and device integrity verification
- Monitoring, alerting, and logging providers used to operate the service
- Legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or security authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, users, or the service
Service providers are allowed to process information only for the purposes of providing services to us or complying with applicable law.
5. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport, authenticated API access, JWT-based mobile sessions, HMAC-signed connector requests, rate limiting, app integrity checks, secure token storage on mobile devices, and access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Intracalc, maintain security, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Business data synced from Tally is retained while your organisation or company account remains active. Account, connector, notification, and device data is retained while needed for app functionality and security.
When you delete your account, we delete or deactivate account-related records and revoke active tokens. If you are the owner of an organisation, associated organisation, company, and synced business data may also be deleted according to our account deletion flow. We may retain limited records such as hashed deletion identifiers, billing ledgers, invoice/payment records, fraud-prevention records, and legally required records where retention is necessary.
Backups and logs may take additional time to expire from our systems.
