Account deletion
You can delete your Intracalc account at any time. This page explains how to delete it and what happens to your data afterwards. It satisfies Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play’s account-deletion requirement.
How to delete your account from the app
- Open the Intracalc mobile app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
- Confirm the request and complete OTP verification so we can confirm it is really you.
- Your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can still restore it by contacting us. After the grace period ends, deletion is permanent.
Can't access the app? Contact us or email support@realityreach.com and we will delete the account on your behalf after verifying your identity.
What happens to your data
- Active sessions and authentication tokens are revoked when deletion is confirmed.
- Business data synced from Tally is deleted or deactivated as part of the deletion flow. If you are the owner of an organisation, the associated organisation, company, and synced business data may also be deleted.
- Identity data (mobile number, email, business name) is purged at the end of the 30-day grace period.
- Invoice and payment records are retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law (for example, GST and TDS records).
- Limited records such as hashed deletion identifiers, fraud-prevention records, and security logs may be retained, where necessary, for security and legal compliance.
- Backups and logs may take additional time to expire from our systems.
